Comments: Though my A/C issue is not fixed as I write this (parts
ordered), I feel compelled to provide prospective customer's with a
positive result. 3-years ago another company (closer to my home) replaced
both A/C units. I expressed concerns even into this season to the new
owner (TLC). No results from the company that took my money - at all. I
explained my dilemma in more detail than here and Melissa called me back
so fast. She was very thorough, had all of the details correct (amazing)
thus when Brad and Dave came to my home little was left to explain. Both
Brad & Dave know their business. I definitely recommend based on today's
experience!

Comments: If you want an honest company to fix your heating system, these
are the guys to call. I got 3 estimates - the other two companies said I
needed a new systems which would cost over $4,000!. Preferred Heating
fixed it for less than $380. They took the time to explain the repairs to
me and stand behind their work. I will definitely use them again. thanks
much.
